Erin H. Feser, PhD

Dr. Feser started her career coaching developmental and competive gymnastics which instilled a longstanding passion for movement mechanics and effective communication that grounds her work today.
​
Whether a project involves writing as an expert witness or preparing customer facing scientific material, her focus is on distilling complicated anatomical and biomechanical explanations into easy to understand information.

Credentials & Experience
Dr. Feser earned her PhD with the Sport Performance Research Institute (SPRINZ) at the Auckland University of Technology. Her work focused on integrating the use of applied biomechanics and strength and conditioning principles to understand the safety and effectiveness of training with wearable resistance. She completed her Master of Science degree in Exercise and Health Studies at Miami University (OH) and Bachelor of Arts degree in Health and Fitness at Purdue University. ​

She has served as the Scientific Advisor at OMORPHO since 2020, representing the company with professional sport coaches, fitness industry leaders, and media outlets. She is also currently an Adjunct Faculty member at Belmont University. Previously, Dr. Feser was the Director of Education at Noraxon USA and has held faculty appointments at Belmont University, Arizona State University, and Miami University. She has been a member of the International Society of Biomechanics in Sports since 2010 and served on the Educational Committee for the American Society of Biomechanics from 2016-2019.
